I founded The Human Centered Design Network podcast in 2018 and grew it into the world's #1 HCD show — downloaded over 1.7 million times across 140+ countries. Along the way I've interviewed hundreds of founders, designers and leaders, and figured out (the hard way) what makes a podcast keep going past episode ten.
I'm also founder of Humana Design, a Dublin-based service design consultancy working with Bank of Ireland, NSW Government and brands across Europe. This is Podcasting is where I bring both worlds together — a Dublin podcast coach and producer running shows with the rigour of a proper service.
